As an IT manager, you oversee the company\'s IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software. You have to develop strategies to meet business objectives and manage a team of IT professionals.Duties:

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business objectives
• Manage and administer the company\'s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and recommend solutions
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of websites and web-based applications
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration
• Monitor and evaluate ERP system effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards
• Stay updated with technology trends for innovation within the organization
• Lead and mentor IT team for growth and development
• Develop and manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Liaise with vendors for contract negotiation and service delivery
• Provide timely technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; master\'s degree is a plus
• 5+ years proven experience in IT and project management, preferably in retail or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex technology projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Solid experience in IT budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
