Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager responsible for leading and executing the organization's data transformation and AI initiatives. This role focuses on implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve data management, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. The incumbent will oversee complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also emphasizes compliance, risk management, and vendor collaboration to deliver efficient and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies for data transformation and AI in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of data transformation and AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and external stakeholders. Lead data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives to modernize the organization's data infrastructure. Implement and oversee data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline management. Design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into business processes for predictive analytics, process automation, and strategic decision-making. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with project goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI and data transformation solutions. Identify and mitigate risks associated with data transformation and AI implementations. Build, mentor, and lead a team of IT professionals, developing a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Expertise in managing large-scale IT projects, including multiple stakeholders and teams. Hands-on experience in implementing multiple business use cases in AI will be preferred. Strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies. Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools and frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms. Knowledge of data privacy regulations. Strong understanding of IT governance and risk management principles. Salary package will be based on current industry standards.
