Core Responsibilities: . Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department. . Ensuring that IT systems and services are running effectively and efficiently. . Developing and implementing IT strategies & plans. . Developing and managing the IT department's budget, including allocating resources effectively and optimizing IT spending. . Leading and overseeing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. . Ensuring that IT systems and data are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards and developing and implementing security policies and procedures. . Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems. . Providing guidance and support to IT staff in resolving technical issues and ensuring that end users receive timely and effective technical support. Qualifications: Educational: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Years Of Experience: 5 years relevant experience Nature of Experience: . Proven experience as an IT manager or similar role . Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to lead and manage teams . Experience in budgeting and resource allocation . Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance. . Certifications such as ITIL, PMP or CISSP are a plus. Please send your CV
