Role Description: CRM Manager - Developer- Bitrix

• Manage and develop the customer relationship management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis.
• Analyze and improve data quality within the CRM.
• Implement customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain workflows and automation processes.
• Provide technical support and training to users of the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM usage across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills, Project Management, and Communication: Able to analyze complex data, manage projects effectively, and communicate findings clearly.
• Sales and Market Segmentation: Understanding of sales processes and ability to segment markets for targeted marketing.
• CRM System Administration and Development: Proven experience in administering and developing CRM systems.
• Proficiency in CRM Platforms and Related Technologies: Familiarity with BITRIX CRM and other relevant technologies.
• Problem-solving and Troubleshooting Abilities: Strong skills in identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability in Fast-paced Environments: Capable of working well in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
• Real Estate Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
• BITRIX CRM Experience (Required): Minimum 2 years of experience specifically with BITRIX CRM.
• Pipeline Creation Knowledge: Proficiency in creating and managing sales pipelines within BITRIX CRM.
• Lead Automation Skills: Familiarity with automating lead management processes within BITRIX CRM.
