Job Description

Rubber World Industry, a leading manufacturer of HVAC products in UAE. We are hiring an IT Manager who can lead the department and develop the team and implement best industry practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT policy implementation, data and cyber security and compliance.

•Key Responsibilities: •

•1. Team Leadership and Management :•

• •Supervise and provide leadership to a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.•
• •Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.•

•2. IT Infrastructure Management :•

• •Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.•
• •Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and networks.•

•3. Strategic Planning and Technology Roadmap :•

• •Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.•
• •Identify emerging technologies and trends that could improve operational efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.•

•4. Policy Development and Compliance :•

• •Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.•
• •Implement security measures to protect the organization's IT assets from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.•

•5. Vendor Management and Budgeting :•

• •Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.•
• •Develop and manage the IT budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to support the organization's IT initiatives.•

•6. User Support and Training :•

• •Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.•
• •Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on IT systems, tools, and best practices.•

•7. Security and Compliance: •

• •Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets.•
• •Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.•
• •Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.•

•8. Budgeting and Cost Control: •

• •Manage the IT department budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize costs.•
• •Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for hardware, software, and services.•
• •Evaluate and recommend investments to keep technology infrastructure up-to-date.•

•9. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity :•

• •Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization can recover from IT outages and disruptions.•
• •Conduct regular testing and exercises to validate the effectiveness of recovery procedures.•
