IT Manager (UAE Nationals Only)

Role Description: We are seeking a proficient and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead our Information Technology department. The IT Manager will play a key role in ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure is efficient, secure, and aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the organization's objectives while managing technologies and providing administrative assistance for various systems.
• Oversee the management of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity, and understand various IT troubleshooting to provide technical support.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, as well as control and monitor data, network access, and backup systems.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations, while also negotiating and communicating with third-party software providers for new software and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Create and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and IT best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
