IT Manager Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Experience: Proven 8 10 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role within the logistics industry. Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant IT certifications are a plus. Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our client, a leading 3PL company, in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics industry, specifically with experience in implementing and managing INFOR WMS (Warehouse Management System). This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a diverse team, oversee complex IT projects, and ensure the highest levels of cybersecurity and data management. Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Management: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems and networks operate efficiently.

Technical Knowledge and Experience: Warehouse Management Systems (INFOR WMS): Implementation and management experience. Transportation Management Systems (TMS): Knowledge and operational experience. Data Warehousing: Proficiency in cloud technologies. System Integration: Experience with tools such as BOOMI, INFOR, and ORACLE SAP. IT Infrastructure: Comprehensive experience in maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure. Application Support: Strong background in application support and maintenance. Cybersecurity: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Expertise in using tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects (BO), Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to streamline project workflows and achieve project goals.

Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
