The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most important clients in the IT sector. This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions and services.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Market Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategy.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client input and market research.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the IT industry (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
