Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Trainer to prepare and conduct a training course on IT skills and software. As an IT Trainer, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the technical competencies of our students. You will utilize your expertise and passion for technology to deliver engaging and practical training sessions, inspiring students to become proficient in various computer-related disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and hands-on computer courses for students enrolled in diverse programs, including but not limited to MS Office, Graphic Design, 2D & 3D, Video and Audio editing, etc.. Develop comprehensive course outlines, training materials, and learning resources aligned with industry best practices and the institution's curriculum standards. Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies to create dynamic and impactful learning experiences. Guide students through practical exercises, projects, and real-world simulations to reinforce their understanding of computer concepts and applications. Provide personalized attention and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and challenges. Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations, offering constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in the computer industry, incorporating relevant updates into the courses to ensure their relevance and practicality. Collaborate with fellow trainers and faculty members to exchange best practices, share resources, and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement. Participate in faculty development programs and professional training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and subject matter expertise. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving. Assist students in their career development, providing guidance on job opportunities, internships, and industry certifications. Contribute to marketing initiatives by showcasing the quality and uniqueness of our computer courses to potential students and stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Computer course trainer, Computer Science Teacher, or in a similar training role. Strong expertise in a variety of computer-related subjects, including MS Office, Graphic Design, 2D & 3D, Video and Audio editing, etc... Solid Understanding of Hardware Components will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
