The leading company in Dubai is looking for an

IT Help Desk Support

professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

Investigating and diagnosing network problems Configuring and installing IT solutions Setting up new users and managing security passwords Providing support for

Microsoft 365

products Assisting with infrastructure migration from on-premises to cloud Managing and maintaining

Active Directory

Demonstrating proficient computer skills Communicating technical issues effectively to users of all technical levels

Educational Background & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field

1-3 years of experience in IT support
