Conduct awareness sessions on IT Governance procedures and take ownership of processes.
Review status report updates and actively address governance-related topics during audits, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise on IT Governance to the Head of IT Governance and support IT Governance committees.
Furnish weekly and monthly activity reports upon request.
Generate and report IT Governance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Delivers Key Performance indicators to drive success to leadership; collects the governance and management. objectives KPIs, analyze the KPIs deviations.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in information technology or a related field
Certified ITIL
Proven experience (5-7 years) in project and program management, in IT Governance Management or similar role, with a focus on COBIT Framework and ITIL processes.
Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT) and industry best practices.
Effective influencing and relationship management skills.
Governance Maturity (%): * Evaluates the level of maturity of governance practices within the organization, usually based on a maturity model or assessment. *
Measures how efficiently governance processes are executed, focusing on time, resources, and effort.
Assesses the satisfaction levels of stakeholders with the governance processes and outcomes.
