Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and architect computer systems, networks, and software applications. Analyze requirements, develop specifications, and create solutions to meet organizational needs. Implement and integrate hardware and software components; install, configure, and test systems. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security, backup, and performance monitoring. Troubleshoot issues with systems, networks, and software applications; diagnose and resolve problems. Use scripting languages and automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and monitor network performance. Collaborate with IT professionals (developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists) to implement integrated solutions. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting, and reports on performance and security.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 3years of experience in IT, with focus on hardware, and software. Proficient in programming languages and hardware management. Must have ERP implementation experience. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud solutions. Hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred.
