IT Role and Responsibilities
The new recruit will be joining the IT Support team as a Junior IT Support Specialist. The main responsibilities include:
• Providing first-line technical support to end-users via Microsoft Teams, phone, email, and in-person for issues related to Laptop, hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT systems.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Setup of Conference Rooms for Meetings and presentations.
• Setup of Welcome note for Guest visitors.
• Monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Documenting IT support processes and maintaining knowledge base articles.
• Assisting with IT projects and initiatives as needed by the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business software applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FNO).
• Experience in managing and maintaining Firewall, Servers, CCTV, NAS Storage, Printers.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously expand IT knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
• IT Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
