Job Description
:Our client is a leading global technology firm based in Dubai, with a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, is urgently seeking to recruit fresh graduates UAE Nationals with Family Book to work as a Junior IT /IT Executive.The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Set up user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications and updates.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Assist in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, or Business Administration
- UAE national with family book
- Fresh graduates
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
