Responsibilities for IT executive
Drive the development and delivery of quality process services, strong performance planning and tracking, ensure benefit realization, and alignment of processes and objectives to the IT organizational strategy, IT initiatives and the IT focus areas
Overall financial responsibilities of assigned functional areas
Thoughtfully coordinate and schedule all meetings using Outlook to ensure that the right meetings are taking place, context has been set and communications are well managed
Creating Emails & advanced troubleshooting, handling of printers , scanners issues
Experience of hardware & software issues
Maintaining of regular backup of systems and ERP softwares
Web hosting & Email hosting
Responsible for the budget and performance management measurements for all assigned functions and the establishment of improvement plans if targets are at risk
Responsible for establishing and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) including performance and availability objectives and delivery of service excellence
Responsible for the control, management, monitoring, and servicing of all shared services and infrastructure including structured operational reviews
Provides periodic operational reviews with key customers to ensure services provided and improvement plans established that are in alignment with customer expectations
Handling of overall Asset management system
Establish high standards for managers and resources assigned and develop and communicate demanding, but achievable, measurable goals and objectives
Qualifications for IT executive
Nimble and flexible in responding to customer requests
CCNA, MCSE/MCIPT certified
Experience in Focus & POS software and maintenance of backups of all the systems, Microsoft dynamics knowledge, troubleshooting of Microsoft dynamics,
Experience for atleast 5 yrs.
VOIP servers, Microsoft servers, server maintenance, backups, cameras installation & advanced troubleshooting
Installation & setup, CCTV installation software.
Experience operating, troubleshooting audio/video equipment
Proven administrative support skills (scheduling, filing, proofreading, invoice tracking, ,) with a proactive mentality required
Must be able to work with independently
Ability to create and develop policies and initiatives
Customer service and collaboration skills with a consultative approach
People leadership skills, especially with regard to managing remote teams.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
