- Coordinate IT activities and projects with the head office.
- Manage and maintain company laptops, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Provide support for MS Excel and other software applications used within the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.
- Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage IT resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the head office IT team to implement IT policies and procedures.
- Train employees on the proper use of IT equipment and software.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support and management.
