We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IT systems and infrastructure, providing support for all IT-related issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. Provide technical support to staff and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software. Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection and network security. Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and deliver solutions. Maintain IT inventory and track software licenses, hardware, and peripherals. Ensure regular system backups and disaster recovery planning. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or changes to improve efficiency. Troubleshoot system malfunctions, network issues, and hardware/software problems. Support the procurement and installation of new technology and software as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and IT security. Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, etc. Experience with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
