SynopsisThe IT Enterprise and Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of robust enterprise architecture and data strategies. This role involves analyzing the current IT landscape and creating solutions that align with business goals, optimizing technology, and ensuring scalability for future growth. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, defining data architecture, and leading enterprise-wide system architecture initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.Accountabilities
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that ensure efficient, scalable, and flexible systems.
Lead the design and integration of data architectures, including data management, storage, and processing strategies to support business operations and decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to align architecture with business needs.
Define data governance and security policies to ensure integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert guidance on best practices in IT infrastructure, data management, cloud architecture, and integration techniques.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and ensure competitive advantage.
Create and document architectural models, data flows, and system diagrams to ensure clear communication of designs and strategies.
Manage architectural risk assessments and ensure the alignment of project designs with business and technical requirements.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to other IT professionals and development teams.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in IT architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.
At least 8-10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong background in both enterprise architecture and data architecture.
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
