We are seeking an experienced and skilled Onsite Team Lead to oversee our Technical Team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of our services.
Responsibilities:
• Steer the team towards meeting its KPIs
• Work with discipline control
• Ensure customer satisfaction rate of over 85%
• Prepare for attestation tests, higher-grade tests, and onboarding documentation
• Execute tickets and control visits
• Create training guides, testing materials, and video instructions
Requirements:
- Microsoft accreditations MCSA or MCSE
- Thorough knowledge of current IT technology, including:
• Microsoft Server 2008-2016
• Microsoft desktop PC OS XP-Windows 10
• Microsoft Active Directory
• DNS
• Microsoft Exchange 2013-2019
• Microsoft Office 365
• Server Virtualization (Hyper-V)
• LAN/WAN (routers, switches, firewall)
• High-level desktop support skills
• Backup technologies (Cloud and On-prem)
• Hosted VoIP Solutions (preferably 3CX)
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, both wired and wireless
- Comprehensive knowledge of security best practices, identity management, access controls, and security protocols
- Experience as a System Administrator - 5+ years
- English - at least Upper-Intermediate
- Arabic - fluent
Desirable expertise:
• Familiarity with OSI model and experience in troubleshooting network layer issues (desirable)
• Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra), Intune (highly desirable)
• Cloud Management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• PowerShell
• DB queries
• Any Access Control Systems support, including biometric ones

Working Arrangements:

Probation Period:
The probation period is expected to be six months. During this time, you will be expected to meet certain key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction rate of over 85%, closed tickets not less than the quantity of visits, and met SLA.
