We are seeking a skilled

IT Engineer

to manage and support our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-site support when required. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT systems, networking, and support services, along with a

valid UAE driving license

for travel to different locations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to desktops, servers, printers, and network connectivity. Provide technical support for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and high productivity. Manage IT assets, including procurement, documentation, and maintenance. Ensure cybersecurity best practices, data backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place. Configure and support enterprise applications, cloud services, and email systems Microsoft 365. Perform routine IT maintenance and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Conduct on-site visits to resolve technical issues and support remote office locations. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT procurement and support. Assist in IT project implementation, system upgrades, and new technology deployment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS, networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and security protocols. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and cloud services. Hands-on experience with IT troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and network configuration. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and respond quickly to IT emergencies.
