Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

IT Engineer

to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting various IT systems, including

network interfaces, security settings, DHCP configuration, network security protocols, DNS configuration, IP addressing, wireless networks, routing configuration, firewall settings, email security protocols, authentication protocols, wireless security protocols, cloud environments, Active Directory, VPNs, and overall IT infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:Install, Configure, and Maintain IT Systems

Set up desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners). Install necessary software and operating systems. Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Troubleshoot and Resolve IT Issues

Diagnose and fix hardware/software problems. Address network outages and performance issues. Ensure smooth server operations and resolve downtime issues.

Provide Technical Support for End-Users

Assist employees with system-related issues. Ensure quick resolution of IT-related problems to maintain workflow.

Manage IT Assets and Procurement

Track and manage company-owned IT equipment. Oversee IT purchases and maintain an inventory of hardware/software.

Ensure Cybersecurity & Data Protection

Implement security measures such as firewalls and antivirus solutions. Maintain regular data backups to prevent data loss. Plan for disaster recovery in case of system failures or cyberattacks.

Configure and Support Enterprise Applications & Cloud Services

Manage cloud-based services like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or AWS. Set up and troubleshoot email services and enterprise software.

Perform Routine IT Maintenance & Compliance Checks

Keep systems up-to-date with patches and software updates. Ensure IT infrastructure complies with company security policies.

On-Site and Remote IT Support

Travel to different office locations to provide IT support. Assist remote teams with connectivity and software issues.

Vendor & Service Provider Coordination

Work with external IT vendors for purchasing and repairs. Manage service contracts and warranties.

Assist in IT Projects and System Upgrades

Support company-wide IT upgrades and rollouts. Implement new software or hardware solutions as needed.

Mandatory Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS, networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and security protocols Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and cloud services Hands-on experience with IT troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and network configuration Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle). Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Active Directory Windows Server Operating Systems, particularly Windows Server 2019 Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software for optimal performance Microsoft Intune Network Security and Cloud Integration Office 365 integration with third-party applications and services Administration of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business (including site creation, permissions management, and content collaboration) IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, and Firewall management Unified management of Windows Server Administration Microsoft 365 Microsoft AD (Active Directory) Microsoft Intune Network Security Cloud Computing IT Infrastructure Network Administration Firewall and Unified Management Windows Server Administration Email Security System Security DHCP Servers Windows Server 2019 ITIL Processes Backup and Recovery (e.g., Veeam Backup) Fortinet Firewall Cisco Meraki Unified Management WAN, TCP/IP, LAN Network Troubleshooting
