Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology and a desire to kick-start your career in IT? We are seeking a motivated Fresher IT Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To work in a variety of settings including information technology and software
• Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers' challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
• Analyzing technical requirement to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization's sales/business development and engineering groups.
• Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
• Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
• Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide full presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets while adhering to cost of sales objectives.
• Support presales activities, proposal generation, product position, solution offer, responding to technical clarifications in tender.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT Engineer is desirable

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT engineering, with a focus on pre-sales activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
