Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Officer to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows server management, network management, security protocols, and user support, mandatory experience in working with Health Care Industry having experience of ADHICS Audits .

In addition, this role will be responsible for managing backups, antivirus, installation of Microsoft Patches, User and mail box creation; Password reset; supporting connectivity.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, maintaining high levels of security, and providing excellent technical support to all staff members.

Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers. Domain Controllers (DC), Active Directory (AD), and Group Policies (GP).
• Configure and manage Routers, Switches, and Access Points
• Implement and manage Network Security, including Firewall setup and management.
• Configure and manage WIFI networks, including WIFI segregation, throttling and optimization.
• Manage and support IP telephone systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV network and hardware issues.
• Deploy and manage software applications across the organization.
• Provide technical support to all staff for desktop-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Configure and manage site-to-site VPNs.
• Ensure secure remote access to shared folders and resources.
• Manage and support display casting and other collaboration tools
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Train and support staff on commonly used applications and new technologies.
• Manage and support file and print servers.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
