Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven ELV & IT Tele-sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products and services over the phone, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to promote and sell ELV & IT products and services.

- Identify and qualify sales leads through research and market analysis.

- Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present suitable IT solutions.

- Provide product information, answer client queries, and offer technical support where necessary.

- Manage and maintain a CRM database to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and addressed.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, and proposals to potential clients.

- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and market conditions to effectively sell IT solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Tele-sales Executive or similar sales role in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT products, software, and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients over the phone.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of networking, cloud computing, or cybersecurity products.

Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.

Relevant IT certifications or qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
