Job Description

Perform installation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware equipment, including computers, POS systems, barcode scanners, Network & Thermal printers, and networking devices.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues for in-store technology, resolving them efficiently to minimize downtime.

Monitor and ensure optimal functionality of all IT hardware including network devises, performing routine checks and preventative maintenance.

Provide on-site technical support and resolve user queries related to hardware and connectivity.

Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, keeping track of inventory, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

Assist with setting up and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks within the store environment.

Experience in CCTV surveillance system & Network maintenances and installation,

Awareness in ERP Software

Experience in Microsoft outlook and office 365 configuration

Experience in configuration of FortiGate firewall

Experience in configuration of Synology Nas devises

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably with a focus on hardware maintenance and troubleshooting in a retail or supermarket environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with POS systems, printers, barcode scanners, and networking devices.

Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and basic software troubleshooting.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to assist non-technical staff.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.

Schedule: Flexible to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays if needed.
