Job Summary:
Marampa Holding is looking to hire an IT controller with a strong experience in Dynamics 365 F&O. Key role between the holding company and the operating entity (Africa) to mitigate risks in terms of IT security (process and daily transactions) Must: business travels to Sierra Leone (once a quarter)
Responsibilities:
• Master data management (requests from operating and holding entity: items, vendors, customers, GL accounts)
• Implement and control user role matrix (as per segregation of duty)
• Manage the approval workflows (all modules: Production, AP/AR, Finance)
• Support on customizations and new reports (liaison with external consultants/developers)
• Act as deputy admin role (local operating entity)
• Develop KPIs on ERP usage and potential risks (deviation to authority matrix)
• Support Holding Finance manager on project management (action log tracking and update to management)
• Handle the IT local audits (identify areas of risks and propose preventive/corrective actions)
• Implement IT internal controls (as per Internal Control System)
Educational Qualification and Experience:
• University (Degree) in IT diploma and digital solutions
• Microsoft certification desired or equivalent in project management
• Min. 10-15 years of relevant experience as consultant or IT specialist in MS. Dynamics (AX/D365)
• Regular interaction with headquarters (Western HQ based)
• Highly autonomous person with analytical and joined-up thinking
• Good communication skill and assertiveness
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
