Our client in Qatar is looking to hire IT Contracts Specialist Requirements Manage IT Contracts Lifecycle related activities, liaising with the procurement department. Plan, organize, coordinate, and control the IT Departmental procurement and contract activities. Responsible for defining and developing IT contract requirements, and objectives, outlining terms and conditions, and deliverables. Handle all the clarifications raised by the procurement department/suppliers with regards to tenders and RFQs' Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field 8 years' experience in a similar field.
