IT BUSINESS PARTNER: Were currently looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our IT services are always aligned with business needs, which includes ensuring all business technological needs are addressed as well. This role is a pivotal as the ideal IT Business Partner will be responsible for liaising between the IT Department & Business Unit. ROLE RESPONSIILITIES: As an IT Business Partner, you will be responsible for: 1. Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with them, understand their needs and ensure they are met. 2. Service Delivery Management: Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Meeting agreed-upon service levels. 3. Improve Business Satisfaction: Act as the voice of the business unit within IT, ensuring that the services provided meet or exceed business expectations. 4. Enhance Communication: Establish and maintain open lines of communication between IT & Business units to ensure mutual understanding of needs, objectives and priorities. 5. Manage Expectations: Set realistic expectations regarding the capabilities, timelines and deliverables of IT projects & Services which require extensive teamwork within IT Team. 6. Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure that IT initiatives & services are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives, enhancing the value IT brings to the organization. 7. Identify & Mitigate Risks: Identify and recognize potential risks related to IT services and projects and work proactively with IT teams to mitigate them. 8. Performance monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, projects and initiatives to Business Units providing transparency and accountability. 9. Feedback Loop Creation: Establish a continuous feedback loop to capture and address issues, improvements and innovations related to IT services. 10. Training: Ensure that business units are adequately trained on new IT systems, Applications and tools e.g. Train the trainer approach 11. Teamwork: Work closely with IT teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements. Assist IT teams to gather the business requirements and getting business buy in for provided Technology solutions. 12. Support services Oversight: Liaison with IT Support teams and other operations teams to ensure support services are provided to Business units consistently and SLAs are measured. 13. Information Security: Liaison with IT Info Sec Team to ensure that the awareness for Information security for business users is ensured as well as the policies and compliance of info sec is understood by the business users. 14. Change Management & Process Improvement: Ensure change management practices are being followed to ease up any technology change roll out and identify with business for process improvements and automation opportunities and delivery of desired outcome with IT teams. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must: 1. 3-5 years of work experience as IT Business Partner or similar Role in UAE. (Must Have) (Preferably with Sales Teams) 2. Proven experience in change management and developing business relationships. (Must Have) 3. Proven experience of developing formal structure for solution & development delivery/business partnership reviews and escalations. E.g. KPIs, SLAs, Demand management etc. (Must Have) 4. Proven experience of working with Sales & Business Development as ITBP. (Good to Have) 5. Ability to write and express ideas clearly in English. (Must Have) 6. Ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written Arabic. (Good to Have) 7. Working experience in a multi-cultural environment. (Must Have) QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: The ideal candidate must: 1. Bachelors in technology and/or management. (Must Have) 2. CBAP or equivalent certification. (Preferable) 3. Agile Methodology (Must Have) 4. ITSM & ITIL knowledge. (Must Have) 5. Commercially Aware professional. (Must Have) 6. Documentation. (Must Have) 7. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Skillset at intermediate or advanced level. (Must Have) Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
