Job Description
As an IT Business Partner, you will make sure that technology and business objectives work hand-in-hand. This role acts as a liaison, connecting the IT department with various business units to ensure that technology solutions help the organisation succeed.
- Collaborate with senior management and leaders from different parts of the company to understand their goals and strategies. Then, figure out how technology can support those plans.
- This role is the go-to expert on technology trends and best practices. It provides advice to business stakeholders on how to use technology effectively to stay competitive.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, working closely with project managers and teams from different departments to ensure that projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and achieve their objectives.
- Build strong connections with department heads and various teams is a key part of the job. Listening to their needs and making sure they are heard in the IT department is crucial.
- Setting up ways to track how well technology projects are performing is important. Reporting progress and success stories to top leadership and stakeholders is a key responsibility.
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Arabic speaking ability would be highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience similar IT Business Partner or IT consulting role.
- Sound understanding of software development life cycles, scripting, systems programming, Agile, and Javascript.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with different people in the company.
