As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Information Technology Associate to join our team and support our technological infrastructure and operations. The IT Associate will play a key role in supporting the company systems and operation. Managing and maintaining day-to-day operation systems and software applications utilized by Makyee Real Estate Brokerage LLC. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Information Technology Associate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and functionality of our IT systems to support the company operations and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Administration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems, including servers, workstations, routers, and firewalls.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct routine system backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
2. Software Management:
  • Manage and update software applications used by the company, including CRM platforms, property listing databases, and communication tools.
  • Ensure all software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff members on software usage and troubleshooting.
3. Cybersecurity and Data Protection:
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the company\'s data and systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR.
4. IT Support and Helpdesk:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and technical support requests from employees.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the CTO as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices and procedures.
5. Technology Strategy and Innovation:
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company\'s operations and competitive position.
Collaborate with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company business goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and software management. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cybersecurity principles, and data protection regulations. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, including experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees within organization. Able to join immediately or within short notice.
