Provide Tier 1 support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
Maintain and track IT inventory including hardware, software licenses, and accessories
Monitor and respond to help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
Support system updates, antivirus management, backups, and routine maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair minor hardware and software issues
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (email setup, access control, hardware allocation)
Document IT procedures, solutions, and frequently asked questions for internal knowledge base
Support network and internet connectivity across the office
Help manage shared services like printers, meeting room technology, and VoIP phones
Participate in IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, or system rollouts
Collaborate with vendors or third-party support when needed
Qualifications:
Associate degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and standard productivity tools
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
