Join Al Haktur IT Solutions in Dubai as an IT Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintaining IT operations across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 technical support to end users for all desktop/laptop issues related to hardware and software, ensuring effective desk-side support.
• Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to resolve user hardware/software issues on desktops/laptops promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to network printers, escalating major printer issues as necessary.
• Interact daily with end users and customers, both internal and external, to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.
• Assist in creating operational documents, training materials, help subsystems, user documentation, and technical project documentation as required. Provide recommendations for process improvement on technical issues.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure procedures, operational instructions, user manuals, quality assurance programs, IT standards, and policies for future reference and retrieval.
• Provide daily status updates on helpdesk issues/requests and calls attended to management for review and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IT service support functions.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
