- Design and develop comprehensive IT architectural plans and strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Online and On-premises, including architecture design, configuration, and migration strategies.
- Expertise in Active Directory services, including DNS, domain controllers (DC), DHCP, and certificate authorities (CA).
- Advanced knowledge of AWS, including designing and architecting scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Expert-level skills in VMware administration, managing and maintaining ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machine management.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Strong ability to deliver online training sessions and develop team members\' skills and knowledge.
- Expert-level skills in File share and FTP administration, ensuring secure and efficient data access and protection.
- Advanced skills in SharePoint development and administration, including customization and security management.
- Advanced administration skills in Forcepoint proxy and email security solutions.
- Proficient in Rapid7 administration and operation for vulnerability management and threat detection.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerApps and Power BI for custom application development and data visualization.
