Job Code: JPC - 3497 Job Title: IT Applications PMO Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5-10 Years Duration: 6 Months Language: English Education: Bachelors Degree General Summary Position Overview: As IT Applications PMO specialist within our IT Project Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution and delivery of business digitalization projects, following different project management methodologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Documentation Project Planning, Reporting & Control Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency (RAID) Management Change Control Agile Management Creating and Maintaining Project Templates Stakeholder Management RFP Management Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of experience with bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Proficiency with project management processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE). Familiarity of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project,ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana, etc. Prior experience working in PMO, preferably within the IT, Digital, or Energy & Utility sector.
