Job Description

Responsibilities

o Monitoring & Reporting Company Asset Status and escalating to the concerned department.(Daily)

o Sending Campaign Reports (Photos & Videos Editing)

o Configuring new LED Screens & Troubleshoot issues (Will be Trained)

o Procuring IT Assets (Should have negotiation skills)

o Site Visit to Fix Industrial PC & Router (Field Work - High environment)

o Manage Desktop & Laptop, Printers.

o Weekly - Data Backup

IT Skill

• Desktop & Laptop Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting.
• Printer Driver installation, troubleshooting.
• Configure WiFi Router,
• Email Creation & Backup
• Manage NAS Storage

o. Managing Domains and Services.

• Basic Knowledge in Cloud Servers.

o. Managing MAC OS & Linux Operating Systems.

• Basic understanding in Video Editing.

Other Skills

• Knowledge LED Screens
• Cascading LED Screens with appropriate resolution.
• Familiar with Products like Novastar, Colorlight, Xixun Control Card & Receiving cards.
• Knowledge in managing Video Processor & Industrial PC
• Knowledge in IoT Device Procurement, Configuration, and Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should manage to work under pressure when there is a continuous project.
• Should have a good attitude with interest in learning new things.
• Adjustable with emergency work requirements even Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays.
• Smart thinking with time Consuming ideas.
• Should climb to the LED Screen if required to fix at site.
• Must work independent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
