Job Summary: The IT and ELV Multi Technician cum Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT and Extra Low Voltage systems, including but not limited to data networks, telecommunication, security cameras (CCTV), access control, fire alarm, and audio/visual systems. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, supervisory skills, and project management to ensure that all systems function optimally and meet the organization\'s needs. Key Responsibilities:
- System Installation and Maintenance: Lead and perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT and ELV systems. Ensure all systems meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex issues with IT and ELV systems. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT and ELV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring a high level of work quality and team performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and system configurations. Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and system status.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure equipment and services. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT and ELV Technician with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and audio/visual systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Certification in relevant IT and ELV systems is highly desirable.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- ELV, IT, Sliding Door Technical: 1 year (Preferred)
