Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT and E-commerce Manager to oversee all IT-related tasks and manage our e-commerce platforms for our salon business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure the growth and optimisation of our online presence and e-commerce channels. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in e-commerce management within the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers within the salon.

Ensure data security and compliance with UAE regulations.

Manage user support and provide technical assistance to staff.

Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.

Manage the salon's booking and management software systems.

E-commerce Platform Management:

Manage and optimize the salon's e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, booking systems, product sales).

Ensure seamless integration between the e-commerce platform and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Monitor site performance, ensuring fast load times and minimal downtime.

Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase online visibility for salon services and products.

Oversee product listings and service offerings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search.

Growth and Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to increase e-commerce sales and customer acquisition for salon services and products.

Analyse website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.

Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements.

Manage digital marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, email marketing, social media) tailored to the salon industry.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities in the beauty and wellness market.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to align IT and e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.

Provide training and support to salon staff on IT systems and e-commerce best practices.

Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT management and e-commerce platform administration.

Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various e-commerce platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Certification in relevant IT and e-commerce areas (e.g., CompTIA, AWS, Google Analytics).

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional on-call duties for IT emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
