The Role

Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced IT Analyst based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. : IT Analyst (Real Estate Sector) Role Overview: o We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the real estate or property development sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business processes, ensuring seamless operations, and driving digital transformation. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in analyzing IT systems, implementing solutions, and enhancing processes to meet organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Analyze existing IT infrastructure and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement. o Implement, maintain, and support industry-specific applications such as property management systems, CRM platforms, and ERP software. o Ensure data integrity and security for real estate portfolios, transactions, and client records. o Oversee the integration of IT systems to streamline workflows, including finance, leasing, sales, and facilities management. o Provide technical support and training to staff on software and tools relevant to real estate operations. o Monitor emerging technologies and trends in the real estate sector to recommend and implement innovative solutions. o Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including IT performance metrics and project progress updates. o Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers for system upgrades and support. o Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and IT governance standards.



Requirements

Skills and Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. o 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector. o Proficiency in property management software, ERP systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Yardi, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). o Strong understanding of real estate business processes such as leasing, sales, asset management, and development. o Expertise in IT systems analysis, database management, and system integration. o Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics. o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. o Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: o Certification in IT service management (ITIL), project management (PMP), or business analysis (CBAP). o Experience in digital transformation projects within the real estate industry. o Working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and GIS tools.
