Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AMC IT Service Technician with proven experience and past certification in Monitoring and Control Center (MCC) in Abu Dhabi to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier IT support services.

Must have MCC experience, prior certification or ability to complete and pass the exam.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting for IT systems under AMC contracts.
• Manage and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Conduct scheduled system upgrades and ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with the team to provide end-to-end IT support and managed services.
• Document incidents and solutions in line with company protocols.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible, responsive and effective.
• Work closely with the sales team.
• Recommend and upsell services and products.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and AMC/MCC environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• MCC: 1 year (Required)
• AMC service support: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Preferred)
• UAE Attested IT related degree (Preferred)
