Role Summary
A next-generation trading provider in Dubai is looking for a dynamic IT Administrator, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining the functionality of our trading platforms, handling technical issues, and supporting our staff in a fast-paced environment. Experience
Minimum 2 years working experience as an IT Administrator, preferably with an international stockbroker in the Forex industry.
Responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa2 Technology Integration: Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.\xe2\x80\xa2 System Management: Oversee and maintain the organization\xe2\x80\x99s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network systems.\xe2\x80\xa2 System Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\xe2\x80\xa2 Communication Systems: Manage and optimize communication tools and platforms, including email systems, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.\xe2\x80\xa2 Security Management: Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.\xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT systems and communication technologies promptly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of ICT systems, configurations, and support activities.\xe2\x80\xa2 Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of ICT equipment and services
Requirements
