Job Description

We are a dynamic manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art IT environment. Our operations rely on cutting-edge technologies, including VMware ESXi, Cisco switches, IP telephony, and other IT services. We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain VMware ESXi environments, including virtual machines and host servers.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and IP telephony systems.
• Administer network services, including DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Perform system maintenance and ensure data security and backups.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including servers, switches, and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure IT services are available with minimal downtime.
• Monitor and respond to IT tickets promptly to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco switches and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with IP telephony systems.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network technologies.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a strong advantage.
