Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for customer calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate technical personnel.
  • Provide online software support to address customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer calls and software support activities.
  • Prepare Quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals with customers.
  • Liaise with other departments when required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in IT support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale), accounting, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
