Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PDF Form Designer to create an interactive Customer Application Form that enables seamless online data input. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user-friendly, fillable, and secure PDF forms that align with our branding and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design an interactive form with text fields, checkboxes, drop-down menus, radio buttons, and e-signature compatibility. Ensure a clean, professional, and user-friendly layout with easy navigation and validation alerts for mandatory fields. Develop a fully fillable and saveable PDF that is compatible with Adobe Acrobat, browsers, and other common PDF viewers. Incorporate our company logo and branding while allowing future modifications to certain fields. Implement data encryption and security features to protect sensitive customer information. Helping marketing team to cater their needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing interactive PDF forms (please provide examples). Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, PDF form scripting, and form automation. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles for form design. Ability to deliver a high-quality, functional form within the agreed timeline.
