Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hardware, software, and networking, as well as experience in digital marketing. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals.

- Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

- Manage hardware inventory and ensure proper documentation and tracking of assets.

Software Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

- Provide technical support and training to staff on software usage.

- Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

Networking:

- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.

Digital Marketing:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.

- Manage the company's website, including updates, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring.

- Oversee social media accounts and online advertising campaigns.

- Analyze digital marketing data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware, software, and networking. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Experience with network design and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).

- Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
