You will be working from our office in Dubai. Sunnah Finance are seeking a full time experienced Financial Administrator to join a very busy Islamic finance business operating from our office in Dubai. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with High Net Worth clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents. We require the successful candidate to have a minimum of 1 year administration experience in the Finance/property market. It is essential that that you speak English and Arabic fluently. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Provide support to our Islamic Loan/Mortgage Advisers in the United Kingdom \xc2\xb7 Obtaining client information \xc2\xb7 Regular liaising with lenders and providers to obtain updates on application status \xc2\xb7 Proactively progress mortgage applications through to completion \xc2\xb7 Dealing with incoming and making outbound calls to clients, lenders, solicitors etc. Must be professional and confident over the phone. \xc2\xb7 Managing emails into the firm and responding in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Managing Diaries \xc2\xb7 Dealing with client documents in accordance with Data Protection rules \xc2\xb7 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive explanations of the after-sales process and addressing any inquiries or concerns. \xc2\xb7 Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of transaction progress and timelines. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation preparation, form submissions, and record-keeping. Skills & Experience Required: \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 1 years administration experience in the Finance/property market. \xc2\xb7 Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Competent in using Microsoft office as well as other office based software \xc2\xb7 Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. \xc2\xb7 A team player with ability to use own initiative.
