Our client is looking to hire an Irrigation Supervisor who will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and supervising the landscape maintenance project and reporting it to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.- Read, analyze, execute, install, and maintain irrigation systems according to irrigation drawings.- Preferably have knowledge of design software.- Prepare site-specific maintenance PPMs for pumps, irrigation tanks, central controllers, field irrigation controllers, irrigation control valves, solenoid valves, and secondary irrigation systems.- Delegate, supervise, monitor, and instruct Crew Leaders and crew on daily routine PPMs and reactive jobs.- Submit daily reports, either verbal or written, to the PMs regarding daily activities.- Receive instructions and direction from the assigned Irrigation Manager and/or Projects Manager.- Exercise direct supervision over assigned staff.- Select, train, motivate, track, assign, and oversee the work of staff. Establish schedules and methods for work performed, ensuring adherence to proper work group procedures and policies.- Provide proactive performance planning (PPP) and prepare pre mobilization site condition survey reports.- Maintain effective one-on-one dialogue with all employees on a regular basis.- Recommend and assist the team in implementation.- Determine equipment and material supply needs. Monitor equipment/material performance, prepare material requisitions, and make routine and emergency purchases as required and after obtaining approvals.- Respond to all emergency maintenance calls within KPI time frames.- Attend all work-related calls and respond appropriately.- Respond to requests, reports, and incidents from clients and crew, investigate complaints, and take necessary corrective actions immediately to resolve complaints. Monitor and supervise the team with full presence if necessary.- Ensure coordination between irrigation and all other maintenance divisions and departments, as well as outside agencies and contractors as needed.- Ensure proper water shutdowns during rains, storms, periodical changes, pipe breaks, and all other emergency irrigation works. Personally monitor and achieve this at each site of operations.- Responsible for creating photographic and videotape reports for the irrigation network system components for evaluation, submission, and approval for the client. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.- Coordinate, investigate, perform, and report all inspections of the irrigation maintenance system infrastructure.- Maintain, adjust, calibrate, and program all types of irrigation field controllers, satellite controllers, and computer-based central control systems for the site irrigation systems.Requirements- Minimum of 5-8 experience on handling at least 3 sites of not less than 40 irrigation valve stations.- Principles and practices of landscape maintenance.- Equipment, tools and materials used in landscape maintenance- Basic principles and practices of supervision and training.- Principles and practices of Safety Management.- Principles of Landscape, Irrigation and Horticulture.- Office procedures, method, and equipment.- He should be able to organize, implement and direct the operational activities and the team.- Read and interpret maps, plans, sketches, diagram etc.- Demonstrate tact and diplomacy with client.- Immediately available candidates will be given preferenceBenefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
