Designation - IR Distribution Executive

Reporting to - Retail & Distribution Operation Manager

Department - Distribution

Job summary - As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding

market presence, and building strong customer relationships through face-to-face

interactions in designated territories. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent

communication skills and a passion for outdoor sales and business development.

2. Job Roles and responsibilities:

• Achievement of sales value target
• Achievement of sales volume target
• Brand wise/ model wise set target achievement
• Brand wise/ model wise productivity achievement
• Adding/developing new customers to increase revenue
• Retaining existing customers to drive consistency and channel revenue
• Minimum billing of JP dealers to maintain customer relationship and revenue
• Build/add new markets for better coverage and product availability
• Timely clearing of channel ageing inventory by providing price/bundle/tactical offer recommendations.
• Collection of market outstanding prior falling it into the overdue buckets
• Follow the daily JP to hit the daily target set by the channel
• Merchandise the products in a prominent place for brand visibility and awareness
• Execute the channel loyalty programs to drive brand engagement and offtake
• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through a high standard of service.
• Follow daily time schedule to maximize the productivity
• Maintain the company's assets with utmost care.
• Provide quality market intelligence for innovative products, price, competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
