Job Description
Must have experience in personal care, cosmetics or pharma related experience.
Monitoring production line and manufacturing areas compliance as per GMP
Machine Line clearance of Production Area.
Area Line Clearance of Production area
Calibration of pH meter and conductivity meter
DM and RO water analysis
Checking online defects, weights, appearance and labels and other regulatory needs. Perform AQL.
Bulk and FG analysis of Cosmetics, personal care products.
Ensuring personal hygiene inside the factory producing area and employees
Verification of Dispensed material against approved BOM
Avoiding Material Mix-ups to one batch to other batch
To follow BMR, BPR forms and ensure compliance
Able to Give Batch Approval, verify various Documents.
Follow QMS and ensure proper documentation as per GPD.
Ensuring safety being followed for hazardous material handling
Implementation of 5S / Documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
