Position Summary
Develop, manage, and implement a Home IoT (h.IoT) and Building IoT (b.IoT) business plan through new and existing channels to cater to potential developments and strategic verticals in the MENA region.
Role and Responsibilities• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the IoT market and competitive landscape.
• Strategize and develop a business model for Samsung IoT solutions (h.IoT(SmartThings & b.IoT)
• Develop a strategic framework that enables products, service offers, and business models to scale quickly to meet each market demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and customer service to ensure the successful delivery of IoT solutions
• Promote IoT solutions through existing channels and new specialist channels across the region.
• Create tailor-made IoT business proposals incorporating products and services to cater to various markets and verticals across the region.
• Identify and pursue new IoT business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Implement time-bound strategic actions to achieve the business objectives of revenue and growth through IoT offerings
• Collaborate with 3rd party and its device and solutions to be compatible with Samsung products and solutions


Skills and Qualifications• 7+ years of relevant experience with a global data & IoT business service provider, Technology delivery / Solutions provider, or System Integrator
• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in Information Tech., Computer Science or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French will be advantageous)
• IoT technology and market knowledge.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and channel management
• Creation and delivery of effective presentations and training for various audiences (PowerPoint & Excel proficiency is essential)
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to achieve goals.
