Role Overview The Senior Principal in Client Solutions Operations will play a critical role within the Client Solutions team, which is responsible for driving the firm's capital raising efforts. This role involves managing the data room, maintaining the firm's track record, working closely with performance management, pulling together reports, working on Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), updating Salesforce, monitoring call minutes, and keeping the firm's investment track record up to date. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Data Room Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the data room, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible for fundraising activities. Track Record Maintenance: Collaborate with the performance management team to ensure the firm's investment track record is accurate and current. Report Preparation: Compile and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, supporting fundraising and client relations efforts. Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs): Assist in the preparation and completion of DDQs, ensuring all information is accurate and comprehensive. Salesforce Updates: Regularly update and maintain Salesforce records to reflect current client interactions and fundraising progress. Call Minutes Monitoring: Track and monitor call minutes, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Investment Track Record: Continuously update and verify the firm's investment track record, ensuring it reflects the latest performance data. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or investment management industry. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful insights. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools. Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and reports. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Seniority Level
